Ingredients

  • Bihon noodles: 250 
  • Chicken breast: 200 gram
  • Pork: 150 gram
  • Shrimp: 150 gram
  • Garlic: 1 head
  • Red onion: 1 medium 
  • White onion: 1 medium 
  • Fish sauce: 3 tablespoon 
  • Chicken powder: 1/2 tablespoon 
  • Ground black pepper: 1/2 tablespoon
  • Chicken pork broth: 3 cups

  • Cabbage thinly sliced: 200 gram

Instructions

  •  Start with boiling chicken and pork for 20 to 25 minutes in a wok so they get tendered.
  • Set aside and let them cool. 
  • Now reserve the broth. In the meantime soak  Bihon(Rice noodles) in water for a maximum of 5 minutes until softening.
  • Strain the noodles and set them aside.
  • Chop the garlic, red and white onion, and cabbage.
  • Shred the cooked chicken meat(breast part).
  • Now cut the cooked pork into small slices (¼ inches each).
  • Set the flame to medium and put in cooking oil.
  • Now add the chopped garlic till they turn golden brown in color and place them apart.
  • Now start pan-frying the shelled shrimp for 3-5 minutes and add salt according to the taste and flavor of your choice.
  • Now remove them and set them aside.
  • Now put the torn chicken meat and cook for 12 seconds and add the fish sauce to add flavor.
  • Also, add ground black pepper and chicken powder and mix them properly.
  • Now bring back the reserved chicken and pork broth, and add them to the pan.
  • Make them covered and start boiling.
  • Now add the softened Bihon noodles and add sliced cabbage.
  • Also, add fried shelled shrimp and mix them well.
  • Uncover the pot and keep cooking for 5 to 8 minutes so that the broth reduces.
  • Now put your dish on a serving plate.
  • Add toasted garlic, and spring onion with Calamansi for topping.
